In 2011, the organization team selected the Web conference as the conference format with the possibility of participants full-time presence in the M.A. Sholokhov Moscow State Humanitarian University Conference Center Auditorium from which will be broadcast presentation and online communication with other participants from different regions of Russia and foreign participants. 
Plenary session will be organized in the WEBINAR mode with activity pre-registration and sending information to all distant participants (time of the meeting, connection conditions, general discussion participation ability, etc.). Language of Plenary Session - English, will listen 7-8 reports (with online webcast of presentations) of domestic and foreign experts, followed by general discussion. 
On the second day of the Conference will be held a round table - an open discussion on Human Ecology key issues. Languages spoken - Russian (English - with translation). Short messages will be provided (up to 7 minutes, with the possibility of illustrations). First and second day Plenary Session program of the conference will be formed after reviewing the submitted applications and posted in advance on the conference website.

Publication in the Proceedings of the Conference

The organizing committee plans to publish conference proceedings online or on CD before the conference starts. There will be: Plenary Session (up to 6 pages, in coordination with the Organizing Committee) and the materials of the reports (not more than 2 pages). Participation is free. Proceedings on the CD can be purchased at registration desk or ordered.
Papers not exceeding two printed pages A4 format in Microsoft Office Word. Font Times New Roman Cyr 12 pt. Alignment of the main text and the width of the sheet with 2 cm margins on all sides. Line spacing - single. Indent - 1,25 cm, with no headers and footers, automatic transfer is possible. Binding: paper title, authors, names of organizations where the authors work, abstract (3-4 lines) in Russian and English languages.
Possible representation for the publication of texts of articles on the topic of the conference - the volume up to 6 pages including figures, tables and references. The organizing committee reserves the right to publish articles on the results of their review.
After the Conference proceedings will be published in a special issue of the electronic periodical "Herald of the International Academy of Science. Russian Section www.heraldrsias.ru

Information for participants

To participate in the International Conference "Human Ecology: Health, Culture and Quality of Life" it is necessary to send an application and materials of the report by e-mail. Papers are accepted in English and Russian languages. Deadline - July 1, 2011. Pre-conference program will be available on August 15, 2011 after reviewing the submitted applications and reports materials.

Main text: ordinary type, lower-case letters

Text of the materials of lectures, the size of which is up to 2 pages, including the title, surnames of the authors, the addresses and the main text (the text must be printed on the А4 format sheets in one column through 1 line spacing, a new paragraph begins the first line indent (1,25 см); margins – from the top, from the bottom, from the right, from the left – 2 см; Times New Roman type [Russian, English texts] 12th print). Graphs, tables or subtitles are accepted. Standard abridgements may be used, but not be put in a headline. References to the sponsors of the work may be indicated in brackets in the end of the main text within the overall size of 2000 characters. The materials of lectures are accepted in electronic form only in the MS Word format for Windows (98/2000/XP) in the .doc file form. The articles are formalized by analogy in a case of preparation and presentation of them for publication in the collection.

A surname of the same author may be the first not more, than in two declared lectures. Participation as a co-author in the other applications is not limited. The authors bear responsibility for content and form of presentation of their lectures (articles).

To attention of the authors: the materials of lectures are not edited and will be published in the form, they were sent. Don’t send the materials of lectures by fax. The materials are accepted until 01of July of the year 2011 and will be considered till 01 of August of 2011 year by the organizing committee, which reserves the right of a decision of the question about their publication.
